By signing up for a @lovepoppyjewels shopping account, you authorize us to charge the card on file for any items you comment on with the word “ship.”

Order Processing and Shipping

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Be sure to include your correct billing and shipping address on your form submission. Orders are processed typically within the day. Online orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.

Shipping

Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on the distance the package must travel and other factors. Orders are shipped USPS First Class, unless otherwise noted. Shipping will cost $3 if you purchase 1 item, and $5 if you purchase 2 or more.

Returns

We want you to be as obsessed with your new jewels as we are! If you aren’t, please email SALES@LOVEPOPPYJEWELS.COM

How it Works:

STEP 1

Register your shipping and billing information on our secure server. Make sure that you have double checked the correct billing address of the card your wish to have on file AND correct shipping address you would like all of your orders sent to!

STEP 2

When you see an item on @lovepoppyjewels you want shipped to you, just comment “Ship it" with any other comments that we may have suggested in our caption, like if we tell you to select your color.

Step 3

We will then run the credit card you stored on our secure server and send you your new jewels!

Social Shop Tips

-Comment quickly because our items sell out fast, especially grab bags!

-Orders will be filled based on order of comments. If an item has been pulled for you and you have been charged, you will be tagged in a comment saying your item has been shipped.
